Our goal is to deliver another successful event in 2026 with even more unique categories to promote Punjabi culture and folk arts further, and to encourage and provide a platform for these unique folk dances and music.

Since 2023, the impact of World Folk Festival’s approach to promoting new and unique categories to the Punjabi folk dance scene has been tremendous. Numerous competitions across North America have followed in our footsteps and added these unique categories to their events. This encourages more teams to participate in never-before-seen categories and age groups.

To reach our goals to deliver a successful event again, we are eager to involve community businesses, associations, and individuals. The funds will be used for competition prizing, accommodations for teams/talent, venue fees, and other expenses that will occur during the festival. We have many different tiers of sponsorship to accommodate the varying abilities of our many World Folk Festival sponsors.
